An Excellent New Interview with Amy on Homeopathy for Autism

I recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by Karen Thomas for her podcast show called Naturally Recovering Autism. I think this interview went particularly well and covered many important ideas.

Check it out! (It's show number 60.)

"Magic Pills" -- Another Great Movie about Homeopathy!

I recently had the opportunity to watch another movie about the wonders of homeopathy, Magic Pills. The event was sponsored by an impressive Bay Area organization, Homeopathy Institute of the Pacific, which provides pro bono homeopathic treatment to veterans and the homeless at a few locations. These homeopaths are amazing! They have even valiantly rushed to fire-ravaged areas in California to provide their help. This is an organization that I encourage you to support.

Making a movie is always an expensive herculean effort and I applaud homeopath Ananda More for creating "Magic Pills". It's an entertaining film that I thought had two particularly strong points:

(1) It demonstrates, extremely effectively, the intense bias against homeopathy in the media and research publication with several poignant examples, some of which occurred in Toronto, Ontario, Canada where More lives.

(2) The footage of the effective homeopathic prophylaxxis efforts in Cuba against leptospirosis. Watching doctors desperately creating remedies, succussing giant water jugs, was amazing and memorable!

I also enjoyed watching footage of Jeremy and Camilla Sherr's AIDS/HIV efforts in Africa (Homeopathy for Health in Africa), since I've been supporting their efforts for several years. However, this part of the movie could have been trimmed back a bit. Another important focus of the movie was the effective treatment of cancer by the Banarjeas in India. Seeing their work in action was eye opening.

You can find venues to watch the movie yourself at the Magic Pills site.
